Photographer Kevin Factor is something of an image alchemist.
His extreme wide-angle cityscapes and landscapes reflect reality in extraordinary ways giving the viewer a sense of escapism; of being transported.
He believes that the photographer’s aim should be to see the world through fresh eyes and to seek out something transcending the ordinary.
Through his lens we can see the anew and with a sense of wonder.
Kevin has been experimenting with imagery for almost 30 years.
As a schoolboy he would spend days in  darkroom developing and printing black & white imagery.
Today this same passion is served with a religious indulgence in Photoshop.   Kevin is has taught himself all aspects of photography, digital manipulation and fine art printing. He lives on the edge of the Knysna forest living an off the grid relying on rainwater an solar power.
Technology enables me to  embrace the gifts of rural life combined with the best modern technology has to offer.
Kevin is open to sharing his knowledge of photography, image correction and printing to both groups and individuals.
